Repaint walls or replace wallpapers and fix nail holes on the wall. Repaint drawers and kitchen cupboards. Windows and doors should be cleaned and in good shape. Location – A house in a great location will sell very fast. Buyers often consider the proximity of the location to important places like their offices or places of business, the airport etc.

Security – Is your house situated in a safe area? Does it have a good security system? Home buyers want to know that they are safe and will have less to worry about when they purchase the house. People like to buy houses that are situated in well secured place like an estate.

Good neighborhood – What are those amenities that buyers will enjoy living in the neighborhood. Does it have good roads, good security services, good electricity? Sell the neighborhood to them.

When your house has these features, home buyers will be willing and ready to pay for it. Take advantage of the features of your house and it’s neighborhood to adequately advertise your house.
