Oba Adetola Emmanuel King is the founder chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adron Homes and Properties Ltd. The real estate development and investment company was founded in 2005  and has a track record of developing residential and commercial properties in premium areas in Lagos and other parts in Nigeria. 

Prince Adetunji is the son of the 50th Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty Oba Okunade Sijuwade, Olubuse II and older brother of the current Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi. Prince Adetunji graduated from the University of Ibadan where he studied Agricultural Economics between 1986 and 1990. He joined the then Nigeria Intercontinental Merchant Bank in 1991 where he worked for four years before he became the Head of Credit and Marketing at Hillcrest Merchant Bank which later became Intercontinental Bank Plc and now Access Bank Plc. Udo Maryanne Okonjo is the Vice chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fine and Country West Africa. Fine and Country is a luxury real estate company that offers real estate investments to their clients.

Femi Adewole is an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School and Warwick Business School. He was formerly the Managing Director of Shelter Afrique before he became the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Family Home Funds. He is a housing and real estate professional with over 25 years experience leading housing initiatives across Sub Saharan Africa and the United Kingdom.

He has served in some of the largest housing companies such as Notting Hill Housing Group, First World Communities Ltd, Watford Community Housing Trust, and Lagos HABITAT 2011 Project. Under his leadership, Family homes which is an initiative of the government to facilitate the delivery of affordable housing has been able to efficiently deliver mass housing for low income earners in six geopolitical zones. Family Home Funds is currently leading the federal government Social Housing Program to reduce the impact of Covid-19 in Nigeria by providing over 300,000 houses and jobs.

Paul Onwunaibe is the Chief Executive Officer for Landmark Africa which he founded in 1997. He began his career with a formal education in the University of Nigeria where he obtained a BSc in Architecture. He obtained a master’s degree in Construction Project Management and Environmental Design and Property Development from South Bank University London and Imperial College London respectively. He later obtained an MBA from the London Business School.

Paul Onwunaibe has previously served as Development Director with Beacon Housing in the UK and has over 20 years of professional experience in the design and execution of projects in Africa, Europe and the United States of America. In 1991, he set up his own Real Estate Consultancy Firm – Bello &  Co. He has participated in several key projects which include Property Development and Appraisal, Asset Valuation and Property Rating, Estate Agency, etc. He is a member of many professional bodies home and abroad, some of which include – Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Member of World Real Estate Congress, Commonwealth Association of Surveying and  Land Economy (CASLE), amongst many. 

10. CEO, RevolutionPlus Property

He is the Chief Executive Officer of RevolutionPlus Property, a leading real estate company in Nigeria. He obtained his first degree in Economics and MBA, Marketing from the Lagos State University (LASU). He obtained an advanced Diploma in Project management from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and later became a member of the project management institute (PMI) in the United States of America.

In 2004, he was the Marketing Manager for Agbara Estates Ltd and later became the head of projects and business development for Refuge Home Savings and Loan Ltd (Mortgage Bankers). He later joined Cornerstone Mortgage Bank as the Head, Mortgage Operations and was responsible for the creation of short and long term mortgages via various real estate products. Safetrust Mortgage Bank (Formerly Sterling Homes) was the last company he joined as the Ikeja Branch Manager before he decided to focus on his personal company, RevolutionPlus Property Development Company Limited.
